Estado actual de la pesquería de atún blanco (Thunnus Alalunga) del Atlántico Norte

This paper presents an analysis of the state of the albacore stock in the North Atlantic, principally based on catch, effort and CPUE data. A production model was fitted to this stock, which resulted in an MSY between 64,500 MT (m = 1) and 56,100 MT (m = 2) with an optimum effort of 117,300 MT (m = 1) to 76,400 MT (m = 2) standard days fishing with live bait. Recruitment indices were compared to indices of the reproductive stock.Le présent document analyse l'état du stock de germon de l'Atlantique nord en se basant principalement sur les données de prise, effort et CPUE. Un modèle de production ajusté a ce stock donne une PME comprise entre 64.500 TM (m = 1) et 56.100 TM (m = 2) avec un effort de 117.300 (m = 1) à 76.400 (m = 2) jours de pêche standard de canneurs. On établit le rapport entre l'indice du recrutement et celui du stock reproducteur.En el presente trabajo se hace un análisis del estado del stock de atún blanco del Atlántico Norte basado principalmente en datos de captura, esfuerzo y CPUE. Se ajusta un modelo de producción a este stock, resultando un RMS comprendido entre 64 500 t (m = 1) y.56 100 (m = 2) con un esfuerzo óptimo de 117 300 (m = 1) a 76 400 (m = 2) días de pesca estandard de cebo vivo.
