Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot saistību starp medicīnas māsu personības iezīmēm un konfliktu risināšanas stratēģiju izvēli. Pētījumā piedalījās 60 medicīnas māsas vecumā no 25 līdz 55 gadiem, kas strādā Austrumu klīniskas slimnīcas Onkoloģijas centrā, neiroloģijas un gerontoloģijas nodaļā. Izpētes rezultāti parāda, ka medicīnas māsas biežāk izvēlas konstruktīvas konflikta risināšanas stratēģijas – kompromisu un sadarbību. Medicīnas māsu izlasē statistiski nozīmīgā pozitīvās sakarības ir konstatētas starp sadarbības stratēģiju un ekstraversiju, pielāgošanās stratēģiju un labvēlīgumu un starp izvairīšanās stratēģiju un labvēlīgumu.
