In this report; we introduce the first results obtained about the contents in Lipid, Protein, Water, and Ash of the following species: Bogue (Boops boops,L.), Horse mackerel (Trachurus trachurus,L.), Mackerel (Scomber scombrus, L.), Blue whiting (Micromesistius poutassou, R.).
