Equilibrium molalities of ReO(4)(-) were measured in the aqueous phase over the temperature range from (278.15 to 303.15) K, with NH(4)Cl as a supporting electrolyte at ionic strengths from (0.1 to 2.0) mol.kg(-1). The standard extraction equilibrium constants K(0) at various temperatures were obtained by Pitzer's polynomial approximation method. Thermodynamic properties for the extraction process were also calculated
