A high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometric method was developed for analysis and identification of flavonoid glycosides extracts from Fructus aurantii. Samples were analyzed by a reversed-phase C-18 column using a binary eluent under gradient conditions. Six flavonold glycosides could be separated and detected. The [M+Na] and [M+H](+) ions of flavonoid glycosides in the positive mode were observed for molecular mass information. A collision induced dissociation (CID) experiment was carried out in order to identify the structures of flavonoid glycosides
