Relative mobility was taken as a tool to investigate the peak identification in micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC). The precision (average RSD) of relative mobility was 1.5%, which was, much better than the peak identification with migration time. The reliability of the identification with the relative mobility was 16 times better than that with migration time
