Their structures were determined as 3-O-beta -D-glucopyranosyl-1-hydroxy-4,7-dimethoxyxanthone and 3-O-[beta -D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta -D-glucopyranosyl]-1- hydroxy-4,7-dimethoxyxanthone by spectroscopic methods
