Encryption In Data Communication Networks

The focus of this thesis is on the different encryption algorithms used in the field of communication to provide data security and integrity while they are transmitted through the communication channel, which is accomplished through turning digital data in to an unintelligible data. The thesis includes full details about the RSA encryption algorithm which is one of the common public-key encryption algorithms available for use today. The thesis studied encryption in pocket switched networks and the protocols used for this purpose. Finally the thesis suggested implementation of encryption algorithm using Java programming language which is an object oriented programming language
