One hundred and thirty samples were collected from three sites (farms, milk collection points and factory). Bacteriological examinations revealed the presence of 265 isolates, of which 183 isolates (69%) were Gram positive bacteria, while 82 isolates (31%) were indentilied as Gram negative bacteria.
