In this project, the specification sheets of the PROCONTROL P control system provided by ABB will be studied and analyzed for designing the governor model. The proposed model design will be implemented with the help of MATLAB Simulink software as a dynamic computer aided graphic tool. The results obtained from the accurate Simulink model will be studied and analyzed for overall system performance evaluation.Roseires Hydro Power Station is a major source of electrical power in Sudan.
