<span class="hitHilite">Compact</span> <span class="hitHilite">all</span>-<span class="hitHilite">fiber</span> <span class="hitHilite">all</span>-normal dispersion <span class="hitHilite">Yb</span>-<span class="hitHilite">doped</span> <span class="hitHilite">fiber</span> ring <span class="hitHilite">laser</span> is demonstrated based on nonlinear polarization rotation technique. <span class="hitHilite">Dissipative</span> <span class="hitHilite">solitons</span> (DSs) with bell-shaped spectra are observed <span class="hitHilite">in</span> the <span class="hitHilite">fiber</span> cavity with linear chirps for the first time to our knowledge.
