Low levels of physical activity and high levels of sedentary behavior are of public health concern in children. However, little is known about the patterns of physical activity and sedentary behavior in 6-11-year-old children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). PURPOSE: To examine patterns of physical activity and sedentary behavior in children with ASD. To examine relationships between moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) and sedentary behavior and potential determinants of these behaviors.
