For several decades, academics around the world\ud have been collaborating with the view to support the\ud development of their research domain. Having said that, the\ud majority of scientific and technological policies try to\ud encourage the creation of strong inter-related research groups\ud in order to improve the efficiency of research outcomes and\ud subsequently research funding allocation.
