Abstract: Problems are studied that relate to formation of the biological structures on the molecular level. Statement of the main problem was proposed by T.M.Eneev in 1987. The results of mathematical simulation of the RNA molecules' formation process are discussed. A number of perspective research directions are presented, which are based on analysis of the results obtained, on modern high-performance hardware (multiprocessors), and on new experimental data from molecular biology of the cell.Note: Research direction:Mathematical modelling in actual problems of science and technic
