Ethics in the production of intellectual and social service the PEP: theoretical and political tendencies in debate

What led us to develop this research was the fact that the study of ethics and its importance for the Brazilian Social Service have encouraged social workers to further their studies and closer to the daily work throughout Brazil . Initiatives to foster discussion of the theme are thickened by publications in events ( seminars , conferences , national meeting of CFESS / CRESS set , etc. ) , as well as the review 's own code of ethics and the process of construction of perennial Ethical Political Project - PEP , the said category . Our research aimed to identify and analyze key trends ethical- theoretical-political in on the discussion of ethics in the intellectual production of the Brazilian Social Service for the period 2010 to 2012 This paper sets , and characterize and analyze the profile of the work ( thematic , polemics , design ethics , contradictions and limits ) ; identify and analyze the social direction and its relation to the theoretical and ethical- political foundations of ethical-political project of Social Work ; also aiming to identify and analyze how they are incorporated in the discussion of ethics , the ontological foundations . With this dimension , we perform a qualitative approach to document analysis in which we choose as the locus search the annals of the latest editions of the CBAS and ENPESS 2010 and 2012 , respectively . The analyzes are revealing the seizure process , within the category of intellectual production , from conception of ethics advocated in social work over the past three decades and that is guided by the ontology of the social Marx and Lukács . In this universe the analyzes and elaborations around the PEP , relationship between theory and practice, values and ethical- moral dimension to professional practice , ethics, and social and human rights , among other determinants that demand the Brazilian Social Service circulateacerca da ética e sua importância para o Serviço Social brasileiro têm estimulado os assistentes sociais a aprofundar seus estudos e aproximá-la do cotidiano profissional em todo Brasil. As iniciativas de fomentar a discussão da temática são adensadas pelas publicações nos eventos (seminários, congressos, encontro nacionais do conjunto CFESS/CRESS1 , etc.), bem como na revisão do próprio código de ética e o processo de construção perene do Projeto Ético Político – PEP, da referida categoria. Nossa pesquisa se propôs a identificar e analisar as principais tendências ético-teórico-políticas presentes no debate da ética na produção intelectual do Serviço Social brasileiro no período de 2010 a 2012. Objetivamos neste trabalho, além de caracterizar e analisar o perfil dos trabalhos (temáticas, polêmicas, concepção de ética, contradições e limites); identificar e analisar a direção social e sua relação com os fundamentos teórico-ético-políticos do Projeto ético-político do Serviço Social; objetivando também, identificar e analisar como são incorporados, no debate da ética, os fundamentos ontológicos. Com essa dimensão, procedemos abordagem qualitativa numa análise documental onde elegemos como lócus da pesquisa os anais das últimas edições do CBAS e ENPESS 2010 e 2012, respectivamente. As análises são reveladoras do processo de apreensão, na categoria no âmbito da produção intelectual, da concepção de ética defendida no serviço social ao longo das últimas três décadas e que se orienta pela ontologia do ser social de Marx e Lukács. Nesse universo circulam as análises e elaborações em torno do PEP, relação teoria e prática, valores e dimensão ético-moral no cotidiano profissional, ética e direitos sociais e humanos, dentre outras determinantes que demandam ao Serviço Social Brasileir
