This report highlights the lack of access to pain relieving drugs throughout the world and calls for government action to make sure that all sections of society have equal and adequate access to pain control. The report shows the findings of a survey of palliative care workers in Asia, Africa and Latin America to ascertain their ability to prescribe and dispense pain relieving drugs
