The 2008 National Research Council (NRC) report, Mississippi RiverWater Quality and the CleanWater Act: Progress, Challenges, and Opportunities, was initiated and funded by The McKnight Foundation to answer key questions about the state and federal responsibilities along the 10-state river corridor.
