The primary purpose of this contract was to provide technical analyses, studies, and reviews related to land use/water issues and energy resource development in support of the activities of the Office of Environmental Analysis, Office of Environment, Safety and Health. Tasks under this contract included: Issue Papers. Energetics provided issue papers on a number of specific energy and environmental issue areas. Each issue paper consisted of a systematic review and analysis of major factors (technical, legal, environmental, economic, energy, health and social) that could enter into DOE`s environmental/energy policy decisions; Special Analyses.
