Digitoxinのモルモツト心電図に及ぼす影響

Electrocardiographic studies wers carried out on the heart action of digitoxin, by using guinea pigs subjected to injections of definite quantities of digitoxin at five minute intervals until heart standstill occurred. Electrocadiographic changes such as prolongation of PQ and RR intervals and depression of T waves commened to be presented when approximately 20% of the lethal dose was administered, and became more marked with the increase of dose of digitoxin. The doses of digitoxin which produced maximal prolongation of PQ intervals were 61.5% LD in average, at which time atrioventricular block and deformation of waves were Produced. The rate of increase of RR intervals was not so prominent as that of PQ. ST segment showed a typical tray-formed sinking and T waves ended in disappearance in all cases
