A summarized record of clinical results of polarography applied for over 3 years to various types of malignant tumors, mainly cancer, was described, and several comments were offered concerning the impressive findings observed in the course of clinical studies. By a series of experiments, several other cancer reactions, such as Shichijo's reaction, Botelho's reaction, Davis's reaction and Matsubara's reaction (MCR) were investigated and compared separately with polarographic method.
