"High-school instruction in farm mechanics has been a recognized need for some time. The best and most economical methods for doing the mechanical work of the farm should be taught to boys who are prospective farmers while they are pursuing a high-school course. It is the purpose of this bulletin to outline a limited number of suggestive exercises in farm mechanics to serve as a guide to the teacher of high-school agriculture." -- title pag
