La chirurgie cardiaque assistée par le système de télémanipulation Da Vinci® (STDV) a débuté en 1998. Ce travail présente une revue de la littérature en chirurgie cardiaque robotique et une étude descriptive de notre expérience en chirurgie coronaire robot assistée. De 2001 à 2005, nous avons réalisé 71 pontages AMIG-IVA partiellement ou totalement assistés par STDV. Durant le premier trimestre 2006, les patients ont été contactés pour effectuer un contrôle clinique et scannographique de leur pontage. La mortalité hospitalière a été nulle. La prise en charge hybride a intéressé 25,7 % des patients. Les évènements cardiaques post opératoires ont concerné 9,5 % des patients et aucun IDM ni réintervention n'ont été rapportés.
