Entre 1993 et 1999, 28 patients présentant une infection sur prothèse de genou, ont bénéficié d'une réimplantation prothétique en deux temps avec l'utilisation, dans l'intervalle, d'un spacer articulé constitué de ciment chirurgical aux antibiotiques. Les interventions ont été réalisées à la Clinique de Traumatologie et d'Orthopédie de NANCY. Cette étude est rétrospective et tous les patients ont été revus à 35 mois de recul en moyenne.
