[[abstract]]本論文於網版印刷電極上修飾導電高分子 (PEDOT) 與離子液體 ([BMIM][Cl]) ,成功製備出 SPCE/PEDOT/IL 修飾電極,並利用 SEM、ESCA 與 Contact angle 對此修飾電極進行表面鑑定。SPCE/PEDOT/IL修飾電極在 CV 方法下,分別偵測多巴胺 (DA)、尿酸 (UA) 與抗壞血酸 (AA),其氧化電位分別為 0.23V、0.35 V與0.06V,由此可SPCE/PEDOT/IL修飾電極可將 UA、DA 與 AA 之氧化電位分開。 進一步利用 DPV 方法,在混合液中同時偵測 UA、DA 與 AA,分別對 UA、DA 與 AA 做定量,UA 、DA 與 AA 的線性範圍分別為 8~200μM、8~200 μM 與60~1000μM,其靈敏度分別為0.4291μA/μM 、0.3139μA /μM 與0.0819 μA/μM,而其偵測極限(S/N=3)分別為 0.14、0.19 與 1.10μM。[[abstract]]In this study,ionic liquid and poly (3,4ethylenedioxythiophene) modi?ed screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE/PEDOT/IL) was prepared .
