[[abstract]]偶氮苯的重氮鹽類已有許多科學家研究,而其重氮偶合反應的機構也已被許多人探討,可算是很普遍的機構。相對的,雜環重氮鹽類和4-烷基苯胺的重氮偶合反應卻很少被人討論。雜環胺類例如:2-氨基苯並?唑、2-氨基?二唑和3-,4-胺基砒啶,將雜環胺類重氮化再跟苯胺的衍生物做偶合反應。這個反應機構是值得探討的。本實驗室利用核磁共振光譜儀,和高解析氣相層析質譜儀鑑定實驗出的產物。[[abstract]]The heterocyclic amines, 2-aminobenzothiazole, 2-amino-1, 3, 4-thiadiazole and 3-, 4-aminopyridine, were diazotised and then coupled with aniline derivatives to give a series of hetaryl monoazo dyes Ι, II, III and IV. 4-nitroaniline was diazotized and coupled to give azides and V. The reaction mechanism will be discussed. The laboratory used nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, the product which detected surely with the high analysis gas chromatography mass spectrometer.[[note]]碩
