The demand for renewable energy is increasing and one great renewable energy source is the ocean. The newly installed wave energy converter (WEC) WaveEl buoy is designed by Waves4Power whose ambition is to start a mass production after the trial period. The mooring system represents an important part of the total cost of the whole WEC system.
