(一) 本研究以大豆栽培種(Glycine max),近緣種(G. ussuriensis),野生種(G. javanca),G. max X G. ussuriensis之幼胚培養於White’s basic medium及洋菜加thiamin等二種培養基上,培養結果,可培養發芽之最小胚齡,栽培種為9~10天,近緣種、野生種(G. javanica)及(G. max x. G. ussuriensis)為15~20天。 (二) 培養發芽之大豆幼苗移植時,以直接由試管移作普通盆栽栽培較為實用,中間移植似屬不必。 The object of the presnt paper was to study how early as possible and, how to culture the immature embryos of soybeans on artifical media.
