(16(4):8-14)STUDYS ON THE METHOD OF EMBRYO CULTURE IN THE CULTIVATED AND WILD FORM SOYBEANS

(一) 本研究以大豆栽培種（Glycine max），近緣種（G. ussuriensis），野生種（G. javanca），G. max X G. ussuriensis之幼胚培養於White’s basic medium及洋菜加thiamin等二種培養基上，培養結果，可培養發芽之最小胚齡，栽培種為9~10天，近緣種、野生種（G. javanica）及（G. max x. G. ussuriensis）為15~20天。 (二) 培養發芽之大豆幼苗移植時，以直接由試管移作普通盆栽栽培較為實用，中間移植似屬不必。 The object of the presnt paper was to study how early as possible and, how to culture the immature embryos of soybeans on artifical media. Immature embryos of the species of cultivated soybeans (Glycine max) and wild form soybeans (included G. ussuriensis, G. javanica and G. max X G. ussuriensis) were cultured. Both media, White’s basic medium and another one designated as D, which developed by the auther, were effective for the germination of the immature embryos studied. The earliest germinative date of the cultured embryos was .9~10 days after anthesis in the species of G. max, and 15-20 days in the species of G. ussuriensis, G. javanica, and G. max X G. ussuriensis. Transference of the seedlings from the medium into soil or first into sand which watered with a nutrient solution, and then into soil, both proved to be sucessful
