本文首次記錄危害多種作物之石蒜綿粉介殼蟲 (Phenacoccus solani Ferris (Homoptera: Pseudococcidae))，該粉介殼蟲為臺灣之新記錄種。本文簡述其形態、分佈及寄主植物等資料。The mealybug, Phenacoccus solani Ferris endangering on many hosts, was found in Taiwan in 2002.
