This study examined the relationship between defecation and life style in young women. We asked 152 female college students to answer a questionnaire about daily life,health condition and defecation. They were divided into 3 groups according to the frequency of defecation; group A-more than one time per day; group B-one time per 2 days; group C-one time per 3~4 days and irregular. The results suggest that normal defecation habits were nominally intake of breakfast,bedtime hour,being careful about defecation and the degree of mental health.
