In categorical data analysis, log-linear models are widely used statistical tools for analyzing the relationship among variables in the data. On the other hand, Worcester(1971) introduced another log-linear model for 2×2×2 contingency table. Recently, Funo(2004) expanded this model for 2×2×3 contingency table. In this paper, generalization of Worcester\u27s log-linear model for three-dimensional contingency table is considered. The maximum likelihood estimator(MLE) under this model is also discussed
