In two player competitions, the Bradley-Terry model is a well known probability model. There are several ways of derivation for this model. One of the derivations is given by Lehmann. His idea can be extended to competitions among three players easily. On the other hand, there are many probability models that are somewhat similar to the Bradley-Terry model based on Lehmann\u27s idea in competitions among three or more players. In this paper we discuss some properties of the Bradley-Terry model based on Lehmann in competitions among three players. Several more properties of the Bradley-Terry model not based on Lehmann\u27s idea will be also discussed
