Four specimens of eccentric beam-column connections are tested under reversed cyclic loading in this paper. Experimental and analytical studies were designed to investigate the influence of eccentricity on the shear strength and energy dissipation in the core area of connections. The test results provides valuable information that can help further improving the design requirements for eccentric beam-column connections
