By studying the cause of the mixing of the impurities in magnesium produced by the reduction method the following results were obtained. A part of Fe, Al, Mn in magnesium produced comes from the reducing material, Fe-Si. Increasing the amount of Zn, Mn with the rise of ZnO, MnO_2, these impurities seem to come from dolomite. In longitudinal direction Mn, Cu, Al and Si are distributed poorly in the middle part and densely in the both ends of the sleeve, while Zn shows high value at the lower temperature side. Filtration of Mg vapour in its path, cutting off the dense impurity part and refining the other high purity side may contribute to prevent the above-mentioned impurities coming in the Mg deposit.還元生成マグネシウム中の不純物としてはZn,Fe,Si,Mn,Cuがあげられる。従...
