The effect a ground-wire to the transmission-loss of high frequency

In the low frequency a ground wire has no transmission loss, but in the high frequency has some losses if the distance between two ground-points can compare to the wave length. In this paper the relation of transmission loss between the distance or earth point and the wave length, is given using symmetrical component method of twophase.通信線に並行して建設された接地線が線路の周波数特性に及ぼす影響は少いものとされて居るが，幾何程の影響を与えるかを定量的に与える必要を生じた。高周波になると接地線は接地点の外は接地して居るとは見倣されなくなり，接地点間の間隔が波長と比較し得る様な場合には特に必要となって来る。此の様な回線の実際の実験は種々困難があるけれども，何等かの役に立てば幸である。此の研究は電力線搬送周波数に対する鉄塔間の間隔との関係を明にする必要上行なわれたものであり，計算の概略を示すに止める
