A stationary problem of the magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) equations in three dimensional bounded domain is considered. The MHD system is known as a mathematical model for the motion of viscous, incompressible and electrically conducting fluid and as a hydrodynamic model for the motion of plasma. We obtained a result concerning existence and uniqueness for the stationary problem provided that viscosity and conductivity of fluid satisfy suitable smallness conditions
