Capital intelectual. Algunas reflexiones sobre su importancia en las organizaciones

This document is the result of the research process on human capital that theauthor has been developing. This paper collects some advance about other categoriesassociated with human capital which contribute to improve the economic resultsgamed in the organizations and countries as consequence of the development ofthe knowledge economy that has given place to the emergence of the theory of theintellectual capital. As the result of the changes in the concept about the wayof creating, measuring and distribution of wealth which has resulted from thebreaking of the industrialization principles which have governed the economicssystem for several centuries.Este documento es el resultado del proceso de investigación sobrecapital humano que el autor ha venido adelantando. Aquí se recogenalgunos avances sobre otras categorías asociadas al capital humano quecontribuyen a mejorar los resultados económicos logrados en los países yen las organizaciones y como consecuencia del desarrollo de la economíadel conocimiento, que ha dado lugar al surgimiento de la teoría del capitalintelectual.
