2014-05-02Presented here is a three‐study dissertation with an overarching goal of contributing to a greater understanding of the impact of job burnout on worker well‐being in the human service sector. Each of the three studies makes a unique contribution to this overarching goal. Chapter I presents a discussion integrating the logical link among the three studies, briefly introduces the purpose and description of each, and provides an overview of the theories driving the three studies.
