UnrestrictedThis study analyzes effective research-based educational elements that have led to improved student learning. Odden and Archibald (2009) outline ten core elements successful schools and districts implement to dramatically improve student performance. In addition to the framework and strategies outlined by Odden and Archibald (2009), the Evidence-Based Model (Odden & Picus, 2008) of resource allocation was utilized to examine the alignment between how schools use their allocated resources along with research-based strategies to improve student performance.
