UnrestrictedBrain tumors represent the most common solid tumor in children and are the leading cause of cancer-related mortality in childhood. Despite modern advances in surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, a significant proportion of the pediatric brain tumor patients still die of their disease or suffer from poor quality of life.
