May Britt, who drew reactions ranging from 'The greatest Swede since Garbo' to a more succinct 'Wow!' in her first Hollywood starring role in 'The Young Lions,' returned to Southern California today (10) via Scandanivan Airways System. Miss Britt took the polar flight here following her first visit to her parents in Stockholm since she soared to fame co-starring with Marlon Brando, Montgomery Clift and Dean Martin in World War II drama. She is scheduled to report to 20th Century-Fox, her home studio, tomorrow to complete dubbing on her second Hollywood feature, 'The Hunters,' in which she co-stars with Robert Mitchum and Robert Wagner. First person through the ropes when the huge air liner reached the terminal was her husband of four months, actor-socialite Edward Janss Gregson. After a sizzling greeting Gregson explained that film commitments forced him to remain in Hollywood while May (pronounced My) had only this one opportunity to return home and see her parents. It was her first visit to Sweden in more than two years. The couple was wed in Tijuana, Mexico, last February 22. ######"
