Modifications include "modify existing headwords bldg. and pre-aeration channels", "effluent pump plant", "12' diam. effluent pipe, 6 miles into ocean", "22' diam. sludge pipe, 7 miles into ocean", "sludge pump plant", "9'-6" diam. sewer outfall, 8 miles long"
