Newton, 49 schoolteacher at Braddock Drive Elementary school, under treatment at Santa Monica Emergency hospital with 5 bullet wounds. 5-6: Thomas Newton, 64, 9944 National blvd., Palms, the divorced husband, being treated at Santa Monica Emergency Hospital for self-inflicted bullet wounds.
