Bounded by Wilshire boulevard, Catalina street, Eight street and Mariposa avenue, the overall center would include a new hotel (lower right on sketch above) with some 2000-plus rooms, two 25-story office buildings (lower left on sketch), a 37-story structure (at rear of twins) and four 50-story skyscrapers.
