Miss Munson's creation is called 'Tulip Time' and is made out of waffle pique. Miss Carpenter's dress entitled 'Desert Glamour' is of Indian head material with blouse of butcher linen. 120-157: Shirley Brain, 18, models a creation designed by her and made by herself. The blouse is of white organdy with sequin trim. The skirt ... black Indian head with hand painted design around the bottom of skirt.
