Coordinating the Reproduction of Workplaces with Labor Resources

The economic and social program for further development of the national economy elaborated by the party for the Eleventh Five-Year Plan envisions the dynamic and balanced development of the economy and the proportional growth of all branches and of each union republic and region. At the same time, much attention is focused on attaining a balance between existing and newly created workplaces in terms of labor resources and on supplying newly activated enterprises with labor resources.
