The Supoth Project in Bangladesh, January 1993. Saving groups with adult education. (Supoth is a development project focusing on ‘help to self-help', started by DSM in 1991 in cooperation with BLC and funded by Danida. Addressed not least to women, it includes formation of groups for development of human resourses and self esteem, increasing income and employment, enhancing environment, nutrition and health, and raising awareness to causes of poverty and oppression of women in society)
