Anna Stubkjær Borg blev overfaldet af røvere og myrdet i Rwantege, Tanzania, 9. maj 1982. Der var bisættelse i Bukoba Domkirke, 10. maj 1982 med prædiken af pastor Wilson Niwagila. Senere var der urnenedsættelse og mindegudstjeneste i Grindsted kirke, Danmark, 21. maj 1982, hvor sognepræst Mogens Jensen holdt mindetalen. Her: Det efterfølgende mindesamvær. Anna Stubkjær Borg was attacked by robbars and killed at Rwantege, Tanzania, 9th May 1982. The Funeral Service took place at the Cathedral of Bukoba, 10th May 1982, with a sermon given by Rev. Wilson Niwagila. Later there was a memorial ceremony, before the urn was placed at the church yard of Grindsted, Denmark, 21st May 1982. The church pastor, Rev.
