A crowd of people can be seen either standing grouped together or sitting down on folding chairs with umbrellas. They are all wearing semi-formal clothes while positioned on deck. Two large wooden poles, which appears to be a sailing vessel is visible horizontally above the people with a ladder attached to it on the bottom; it extends from the right towards the center background and metal poles and ropes support it. Auxiliary boats are noticeable to the left and right side. A body of water is observable in the background which extends into the horizon
