Eighteen larger portholes are visible immediately beneath the deck of the ship, extending from the left to the center. At the ship's center along its side, a large wheel is seen churning the water below. Two large masts are visible on the ship's deck with flags hanging from the top of each. An American flag is also seen hanging from the stern of the ship. Near the center of the deck, a small smokestack and crane are visible between these two masts.
