The terracotta roof of the one-story adobe is partially obscured by tree foliage to the right, as is the exterior by a small hill and another tree to the left. The house itself is surrounded by a short, stone wall, approximately one foot high. "Adobe Flores built by Jose Perez in South Pasadena, restored by Mrs. Clara Eliot Noyes in 1919 who engaged Carleton Winslow, A.I.A. for the project."--unknown author
